Path 1: Licensed Financial Advisors
The Financial Advisor position at Hennion & Walsh is ideal for mid-level professionals who already have an existing book of business and are looking to advance their career within one of the premier, independent financial services firms in the country. Hennion & Walsh provides ongoing training and support to all of our Financial Advisors. Our Financial Advisors benefit from our successful, national advertising program and a state-of-the-art broker workstation and technology platform. Additionally, many individuals who have completed our entry-level Investment Associate program become Financial Advisors (see program description below).
Path 2: Investment Associates (Training Program)
As an Investment Associate, you will experience a comprehensive 18-month financial services career development program designed to enable a yet-to-be registered individual to thrive in the financial services industry. Employment starts when you begin studying to prepare for the various exams needed to be a Licensed Financial Advisor. Once you have passed the examinations, you will learn the skills it takes to succeed as an advisor or enter one of the other available roles at Hennion & Walsh. Our proven success model enables you to build a long-term career.
Path 3: Registered Service Advisors & Operations Positions
Hennion & Walsh also offers administrative positions, in which you can assist an advisor or work with our Operations department in a non-sales role. Qualified candidates should be energetic, highly-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and solid computer skills. This opportunity offers great growth potential and a good work environment.
